We use certified organic cotton, grown without pesticides and using methods that respect both the environment and people. PPT Labels

Designed to withstand dyeing, created to stand out. PPT labels in organic cotton combine technical performance and sustainability, offering an ideal solution for garment-dyed pieces.

Made from organic cotton coated with a PVC layer (in some cases bio-based), PPT labels are specifically designed to be applied before dyeing and maintain perfectly legible graphics even after industrial treatments.

The special coating allows the material to be processed using advanced techniques such as high-frequency pressing, to achieve permanent engravings or embossing.

PPT labels can be printed using different techniques, each designed to react differently to the dye bath:

  • Standard screen printing, for a classic and opaque finish
  • Screen printing with special ink, which absorbs the dye more intensely, creating a contrasting tone-on-tone effect
  • Resist screen printing, which protects the original print color from the dyeing process

All versions are resistant to industrial dyeing cycles, maintaining shape, contrast, and legibility. Available in different sizes, shapes, and finishes, they represent an ideal solution for those who want to combine functionality and visual communication even in garment-dyed pieces.

Jacquard

The highest standard you can expect from a woven label. Crafted on traditional looms with weft and warp in 100% organic cotton, our jacquard labels are a perfect synthesis of artisanal quality, refined aesthetics, and authentic sustainability.

Unlike standard jacquard labels, these labels are made entirely from certified organic cotton, in both weft and warp. A detail you can see, feel, and perceive in every thread.

The result is a selvage woven label with a compact, soft structure and exceptionally precise graphic rendering, perfect for floral motifs, geometric patterns, or monograms. Every stage of production takes place on traditional looms, with an almost tailored attention to detail, making them ideal for premium garments, women’s collections, and projects requiring uniqueness, naturalness, and consistency with noble fibers.
