Back Patch Labels

A timeless icon of the denim world, the back patch label is much more than a distinctive mark: it is the first point of contact between the garment and the brand.

We produce back patch labels for the most important international brands, combining manufacturing expertise, aesthetic research, and attention to detail.

We offer a wide variety of materials, from full-grain leather to sustainable alternatives such as Viridis®, as well as Jacron, microfiber, and organic cotton. Each solution is designed to ensure resistance to wear, tactile quality, and impeccable graphic rendering.

Processing techniques include hot stamping, embossing, high frequency, embroidery, and special washes for vintage effects, ideal for the jeanswear world but also adaptable to more elegant or technical garments.

Since 1981, we have been creating labels for clothing by combining technical expertise, attention to detail, and constantly updated aesthetics. Each label is designed to convey the brand’s identity through custom materials, shapes, and finishes.

We offer a wide range of materials: recycled and certified cardboards, fine papers, technical materials, Jacron, Viridis®, leather, and microfiber. Each choice is designed to ensure visual consistency, sensory impact, and sustainability.

Printing techniques include screen printing, hot stamping with or without foil, dry or high-frequency embossing, as well as special finishes such as edge dyeing, flocking, embossing, or the addition of metallic details, cords, and accessories.

Each seasonal collection offers ready-to-use creative solutions and inspirational ideas to adapt and customize based on the brand’s positioning.

We produce everything in Italy, with an organized system to ensure speed, traceability, and global service.

Pocket Flasher

An iconic element of the denim world. The pocket flasher is one of the first touchpoints between product and customer, designed to enhance the brand directly on the garment.

The pocket flasher is a distinctive element applied to the back pocket of the jeans, designed to communicate the brand immediately and directly on the most visible part of the garment.

Rooted in denim tradition, it is now a fundamental tool for product presentation, capable of combining graphics, materials, and finishes in a single medium.

We create fully customized pocket flashers in:

Each project can be developed with:

Woven labels, available in a wide range of weaves and structures, ensure an elegant, soft, and long-lasting result. Printed versions, on the other hand, allow for maximum graphic freedom and suit every type of style: minimal, decorative, or technical.

We offer numerous customization options:

  • water-based screen printing, for reduced environmental impact
  • digital printing, ideal for small batches or complex graphics

Heat-seal labels

Lightweight, versatile, and high-performance. Heat-seal labels represent a modern, flexible, and customizable solution for direct application onto fabric, denim, and other substrates.

Made with some of the highest-performing polyurethane heat-seal films available on the market, these labels stand out for their softness, flexibility, and ability to adapt to fabrics without adding bulk or rigidity.

One of their most appreciated features is their practicality: they can be applied to finished garments without the need for stitching, ensuring great precision and durability.

Also available in a solvent-free version, they represent a sustainable solution for projects mindful of environmental impact, while maintaining top-tier technical performance.

Suitable for a wide range of materials — cotton, denim, satin, microfiber, inner linings, leather — heat-seal labels offer:

  • excellent adhesion
  • resistance to domestic washing
  • maximum freedom of shape and color

They are perfect for creating:

  • size, fit, and composition labels
  • main branding labels
  • ultra-flat back-waistband patches
  • graphic or technical details on sportswear and casual wear

A contemporary, technical, and fully customizable solution, ideal for those seeking a clean, effective, and seamless look.

Application: generally with an industrial press at 160°C for 25–30 seconds and a pressure of approximately 6 bar. Times and temperatures may vary based on the textile substrate (cotton, synthetic, leather): a preliminary test is always recommended. For thick or embossed labels, reverse application is recommended to preserve the shape and three-dimensional effect.

Patches

A decorative and technical element that captures attention, communicates the brand, and enriches every garment with texture, relief, and materiality.

We create patches in a wide variety of materials and finishes, designed to adapt to different styles and sectors: from sportswear to premium clothing, from workwear to kidswear.

Our patches can be produced in leather, cotton, Jacron, Viridis®, microfiber, technical materials, silicone, or embroidered fabrics. Every project is custom-designed to enhance the logo, a symbol, or a visual message.

Available techniques include:

  • traditional or 3D embroidery
  • screen, digital, and sublimation printing
  • heat embossing
  • high frequency
  • laser or die-cutting

We can create patches with relief effects, transparencies, thickened surfaces, or hand-dyed edges to achieve a visual and tactile result that makes the brand stand out with strength and style.

All our patches are 100% Made in Italy, with traceable in-house production, and can be applied via stitching, heat-sealing, Velcro, or combined systems, depending on the technical requirements of the garment.

Zip pullers

A functional detail that becomes a distinctive feature. Our custom zip pullers complement zippers and accessories with solutions designed to best express the brand's identity.

We design and manufacture custom zip pullers for the worlds of apparel, leather goods, footwear, and accessories. Every piece is designed to combine functionality, durability, and recognizability through quality materials and meticulous finishes.

We offer a wide variety of materials:

  • leather, Viridis®, microfiber
  • faux leather, PU, etc.

Each zip puller can be customized with:

  • hot stamping, screen printing, high frequency
  • embossing, embroidery, colored edging
  • custom shapes, laser cuts, vintage washes

We can provide zip pullers already mounted on zippers or ready for application, also in combination with other coordinated accessories (labels, hangtags, patches), for consistent and high-impact communication.

All processes are 100% Made in Italy, carried out in-house or with highly qualified partners, to ensure consistent quality, fast turnaround times, and maximum flexibility.

Collections

A creative workshop that renews itself twice a year. Our seasonal collection is a starting point for creating unique accessories, designed to inspire and anticipate trends.

Every six months we present a new collection of labels, tags, patches and accessories developed to offer concrete ideas, innovative materials and original combinations. It is a resource designed for brands that want to enhance their garments with visually strong and technically feasible solutions.

The collection stems from an internal process of stylistic and design research, in which material is the protagonist. We experiment with finishes, textures, color combinations and processes to propose unprecedented combinations, always consistent with international trends and the evolution of the sector.

The proposals are completely customizable, designed to be adapted, reworked or combined according to each brand’s identity. Sustainable materials, complex processes, unconventional shapes: the collection is a dynamic tool at the service of creativity.

Presented as a preview at the main international trade fairs, it is then made available to customers through dedicated meetings and samples. In a rapidly changing sector, our collection is a solid reference, always in motion.
